Well SaidBy using Well Said, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, safeguarding account access, and activity under your account. You must use Well Said lawfully and may not disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and give Well Said permission to process it as needed to generate and store cards and provide requested features. You are responsible for having the right to submit and share that content.
Group-card organizers are responsible for reviewing contributions before approving them for a recipient. Contributors must only submit messages they have the right to share and may not use contribution links for abusive, unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
Generated content
Messages and artwork are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it and may not use Well Said for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Well Said+ Monthly renews automatically until canceled through your Apple account settings. Prices and packages may change. Restoration and refund requests are handled through Apple where required.
Availability and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. You may stop using Well Said or delete your account at any time. We may limit access when these terms are violated or to protect the service or users.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Well Said and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
