Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Well Said account and associated content.

The fastest way

Open Well Said, go to Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@wellsaid.cards from the email connected to your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify ownership.

What deletion means: Your account profile and saved card data will be permanently removed or de-identified, except limited records retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or transaction purposes.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm when the request is complete.

Purchases

Deleting your account does not delete your Apple ID or automatically refund App Store purchases. Contact Apple for purchase or refund questions.
